The platform is focused on delivering secure, scalable, and differentiated digital capabilities across web and mobile, enabling clients to manage, move, and grow their wealth with greater confidence and ease.

Our Digital Platforms team is seeking an accomplished, strategic Executive Director to help shape the vision, define multi-year product strategy, and drive execution of high-impact digital banking initiatives across Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE client-facing platforms. This leader will play a critical role in influencing the future direction of the firm’s digital banking platform, aligning product priorities with Wealth Management objectives, and delivering client-centric solutions that deepen relationships, increase engagement, and support growth across banking and cash management.

As a senior product leader, you will partner with Digital Product Management, Technology, Design, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and senior business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into execution-ready roadmaps and scalable platform capabilities. You will lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing innovation, risk management, regulatory expectations, operational readiness, and measurable client and business outcomes.  This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels, influence across a matrixed organization, and bring clarity to complex business and technology challenges. • Drive complex, high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution by partnering with Technology, Design, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and business stakeholders to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Lead product discovery, client research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to identify opportunities that improve adoption, deepen engagement, and differentiate Morgan Stanley’s digital banking and cash management experiences.

  • Translate business objectives, client insights, market trends, and data analysis into actionable product roadmaps, executive-ready recommendations, and measurable delivery outcomes.

  • Serve as a senior product leader and change agent, influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to make decisions, prioritize investments, and execute against strategic Wealth Management goals.

  • Establish strong product governance across initiatives, including prioritization, requirements quality, delivery oversight, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and post-launch measurement.
