Six Figure Work

How it works

Pay you can check before you apply.

Every listing shows the base salary the employer published, a link to where they published it, and when we last checked. No accounts. Nothing to sign up for.

What "verified" means here

"Verified" means exactly one thing: the employer's own published pay text was read by our rules as an annual base salary with a lower end of at least $100,000, and the listing shows its source link and when we last checked it. Nothing more.

  1. We watch employer job boards

1,022 approved employer sources are monitored; 1,020 were confirmed fresh at the last check.

  2. We read the published pay

When a board publishes pay as a data field, we read the field directly. When pay sits in the posting text, fixed rules find the passage and it is checked against the stored copy.

  3. We keep only $100K+ annual base

The advertised annual base minimum must be at least $100,000. Equity, bonus and commission are not counted.

  4. We link you to the source

Every listing links to the employer's own posting. You apply there. We never take applications.

How to read the bar

$150K  to $250K

From $300K, no maximum

The filled teal band runs from the lowest to the highest base the employer published. Every bar on the site uses the same scale, so two listings can be compared by eye.

The scale is linear from $100K to $400K: a $50K gap is the same width anywhere on it. Anything above $400K runs into the pale end zone marked "Over", which is drawn but not to scale. A band that fades out to the right has no published maximum. The exact numbers are always printed next to the bar.

Money format: both ends of a range use the same style. When both are whole thousands we write $170K - $200K (and $1.1M from a million up); otherwise both are exact dollars, $253,895 - $298,700. The exact figure the employer wrote is in "Where this pay comes from" on each job page.

What we count

Distinct opportunities with an advertised annual base minimum of at least $100,000, listed by approved employer sources confirmed within the last 24 hours, and open to the public (restricted-audience federal postings are counted separately; search with all audiences).

What "verified" does not mean

  • Not a promise of an offer. A range is an advertisement. We do not know what anyone is offered or paid, and we do not measure what anyone is actually paid.
  • Not a promise the job is still open. A listing can be stale, on hold, or filled before the employer takes it down. We cannot see inside the employer's hiring process.
  • Not complete. We only read the boards we monitor, so many jobs that pay $100,000 or more are not here.
  • We say nothing about how likely a role is to hire, or which jobs are best.
  • We do not rate or endorse employers. Not affiliated with any listed employer.

Sources

Employer career sites and public boards such as USAJOBS. Federal postings limited to certain applicants are labeled "Open to" and counted separately. The full list is on the sources page.

For developers

The listings on this site come from a public, read-only API. Documentation is on the developers page.
