Correction and removal requests
Last updated October 12, 2026.
Employers and individuals can ask us to correct or remove a listing. There is no form and no account: send an email.
What to include
- The link to the posting (the page on our site, or the employer's posting).
- Whether you want it corrected or removed, and what is wrong.
- If you speak for the employer, send the email from an address at the employer's own domain (see below).
How an employer request is checked
We treat a request as coming from the employer when we can reply to the address it was sent from and that address is at the employer's own website domain: for an employer whose site is example.com, an address like [email protected]. Addresses at free mail services (for example Gmail or Outlook) do not pass this check. We check by replying to the sending address; the request is verified once that reply is answered from the same address.
How fast
- We aim to respond within 3 business days. This is a target, not a guarantee.
- When a request passes the check above, we remove the listing promptly. If you also ask us to stop reading that employer's board, we will stop.
- Requests from individuals or from addresses that do not pass the check are read and answered, but we decide case by case.
Good to know
- We republish what the employer posted. If the pay or role is wrong at the source, the fastest fix is to correct the employer's own posting; we update on our next check.
- A removed listing can reappear if the employer still publishes it and we keep reading that board. Ask us to stop reading the board if you want that prevented.
