Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Director, Global Marketing – Selatogrel role will make an impact:
Develop and maintain the long-range commercial plan for Selatogrel, integrating patient-flow insights, epidemiology, market sizing, pricing and access assumptions, supply considerations, and investment needs.
Design scalable go-to-market models and launch sequencing recommendations that reflect market opportunity, healthcare system dynamics, regulatory, access, supply, and market readiness requirements.
Partner with Global Market Access and HEOR to ensure payer value strategy, pricing scenarios, economic models, Global Value Dossier, payer communications, and access insights are translated into brand strategy, launch planning, and affiliate planning tools.
Manage the global commercial budget in partnership with Finance, ensuring investment priorities, resource allocation, and budget phasing align with strategic objectives and launch readiness needs.
Lead strategic workstreams, business case development, and scenario planning, translating assumptions, risks, trade-offs, investment implications, and business impact into clear executive-level recommendations.
Develop, track, assess, and align the organization around key launch performance metrics.
Provide commercial input into Strategic Lifecycle Plans for the cardiology portfolio and pipeline, while partnering with New Product Planning and Business Development to identify future internal and external growth opportunities, where relevant.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; advanced degree such as MBA, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent preferred.

Focused on creating value for patients, healthcare systems, markets, and the business.
Experience developing, integrating, or pressure-testing business cases, forecasts, investment scenarios, country plans, launch assumptions, and launch readiness frameworks.
