About this job

About the Role

Own end-to-end marketing for an AI-powered hospitality software platform, combining product marketing and demand generation in a hands-on role. You will build and run marketing programs across channels, using AI tools and experimentation to scale the work.

What You'll Do

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and website content, including pages tailored to customer segments.

  • Research competitors and the market to inform go-to-market strategy.

  • Manage content and design assets, and test channels such as newsletters, podcasts, and influencer partnerships.

  • Plan and execute field marketing, including activations, events, conferences, and relationship-building dinners.

  • Develop founder thought leadership across LinkedIn and other channels.

  • Direct paid advertising campaigns and improve signup funnels, lead generation, and conversion rates through testing and analytics.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company, with end-to-end campaign ownership from positioning through execution.

  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, conversion metrics, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.

  • Experience across inbound channels such as SEO, content, and LinkedIn, as well as outbound, events, and field marketing.

  • Strong writing and messaging skills for technical or complex products, plus experience producing marketing content and conducting competitive research.

  • A track record of running multiple marketing experiments at a fast-growing company. Hospitality experience is not required.
