Develop and implement automation solutions, including AI-assisted first review of NDAs, to improve the efficiency of legal processes.
Partner with internal teams to identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions that improve how legal work is managed.
Manage Legal Operations & Reporting
Oversee relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget management, billing, and performance tracking.
Establish metrics and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into the Legal team's priorities, workload, and performance.
Use operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.

Hands-on experience with Ironclad is required, including configuring, managing, and optimizing contract lifecycle management workflows.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing legal workflows, process improvements, and automation solutions.
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve legal processes.
Experience supporting global teams and navigating the operational needs of a rapidly scaling organization.
Strong analytical skills, including experience developing metrics, building reports, and using data to inform business decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and operate independently.
Experience working at a high-growth technology or AI company strongly preferred.
Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
