  • Produce recurring and ad hoc sub-advisory fee comparability analyses supporting registered fund and institutional business activities.

  • Coordinate data inputs across multiple sources and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of fee-related reporting.

Strategic Reporting & Business Insights

  • Monitor fee trends, commercial outcomes, and reporting metrics to identify insights that support pricing strategy and business decision-making.

  • Deliver accurate management reporting and analysis to stakeholders across the business.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Account Management, Product Strategy, Legal, Client Billing, Fund Administration, and Operations to execute key deliverables and resolve analytical or operational issues.

  • Present findings and recommendations in a concise and actionable manner to business stakeholders and senior leaders.

  • Build strong working relationships across the organization to drive alignment, consistency, and effective decision-making.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Support the ongoing development of PIMCO's pricing and fee governance framework.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, scalability, and controls through automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to apply sound commercial and business judgment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, including the ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
