We build the foundational systems that enable organizations to adopt OpenAI products with confidence.. Our work underpins enterprise security, IT integration, and the safe deployment of AI at scale, making sure the right people have the right access at the right time.
About the Role:

Partner with customers and internal teams to design features that meet diverse enterprise security and compliance needs.
Collaborate with engineering and GTM to evolve the enterprise identity data model for complex organizational hierarchies and administration models.
Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate enterprise identity across ChatGPT, API, and new product surfaces.
Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and reliability.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 10+ years of product management experience leading large-scale enterprise products.
Have strong product judgment and can simplify complex problems.
Work effectively with technical teams and ship high-quality products.
Are analytical, user-focused, and an excellent cross-functional communicator.
Care deeply about using AI to improve how businesses operate.
