About this job

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Acolin, a Broadridge company, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the United States by helping US asset managers expand their global fund distribution capabilities.

In this role, you will lead new business development for Acolin’s Fund Distribution Data Operation services, including distribution strategy consulting, product and distribution compliance, distribution outsourcing support and management, and fund data services. You will own the end-to-end sales process, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ international distribution needs.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven self-starter to make a direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive US sales growth: Lead sales activities targeting US asset managers seeking to distribute their funds globally, positioning the full range of Acolin’s services.
  • Deliver revenue targets: Take ownership of annual gross new revenue targets, both overall and by individual service line.
  • Develop new business: Identify and qualify opportunities through targeted prospecting, industry networking, and relationship development.
  • Own the sales lifecycle: Manage opportunities from lead generation and qualification through solution development, negotiation, and closing, with ongoing responsibility for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build strategic relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, industry stakeholders, and potential partners to strengthen Acolin’s market presence.
  • Shape and execute sales strategy: Develop sales initiatives with clear targets, execution plans, and key performance indicators to expand market share and grow the client base.
  • Generate market insight: Analyze market conditions, competitor offerings, regulatory developments, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities and inform commercial priorities.
  • Partner on marketing initiatives: Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversion.
  • Maintain sales discipline: Apply best practices in pipeline management, opportunity progression, and client engagement to support consistent sales performance.
  • Measure and improve results: Use sales data and performance analytics to evaluate effectiveness, refine sales approaches, and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align client solutions, resources, and sales initiatives with broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, including sales, business development, marketing, or a related commercial function.
  • Demonstrated senior-level sales experience in fund sales, fintech, or financial services, with a track record of winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of international fund distribution, including fund sales and related regulatory and compliance services.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving global markets and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage senior decision-makers, understand client needs, and communicate the value of complex service offerings.
  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach, with the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $125,000.00- $145,000.00 USD.
