About this job

Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

The Senior Brand Designer crafts how Harvey shows up across every touchpoint, translating a complex legal AI product into clear, compelling stories and systems. They sit on the Brand & Creative team, partnering closely with growth marketing, product marketing, content marketing and creative operations to ship high-impact work that’s cohesive and scalable. This role drives the evolution of Harvey’s brand system and campaigns so that every asset reinforces our position as the category-defining legal AI platform. They make key calls on creative direction within their projects and are a trusted collaborator to cross-functional partners. It’s a chance to help define a fast-moving brand from the inside, with direct line-of-sight to the impact of your work.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end creative for priority initiatives — from brief to concept to launch — across social, product marketing, sales enablement and external events.

  • Evolve and extend Harvey’s brand system (visual language, layout, motion, and templates) so it’s recognizable, flexible, and easy for others to use.

  • Collaborate closely with PMM, marketing, and product partners to clarify goals, shape briefs, and turn complex ideas into simple, high-impact narratives and visuals.

  • Work hand-in-hand with creative operations and producers to scope projects, set milestones, and keep work moving smoothly from kickoff through delivery.

  • Give and receive clear, constructive feedback; help raise the quality bar for the broader creative team through critique, documentation, and mentorship of other designers.

What You Have

  • Significant experience in brand or marketing design roles (in-house or agency), including owning complex, multi-channel projects end-to-end.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, systems thinking, and clear storytelling across campaigns, product marketing, and/or B2B tech or SaaS work.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with PMM, marketing, and other cross-functional partners, turning ambiguous briefs into focused creative directions.

  • Comfort working within and evolving a brand system — knowing when to extend patterns and when to introduce new ones thoughtfully.

  • Strong communication skills: you can explain the “why” behind your work, incorporate feedback, and advocate for the brand and audience effectively.
