Summary:

In this role, you will lead the Strategy Intelligence fee-for-service (FFS) analytics portfolio, with accountability for the commercial, operational, and analytic performance of client engagements from scoping through delivery. You will ensure engagements are appropriately priced, staffed, and executed against statement of work (SOW) objectives, contractual commitments, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria while driving revenue, margin, quality, and client value. • Own key FFS performance indicators, including revenue, margin, utilization, quality, client outcomes, and contractual adherence, using performance data and client feedback to continuously improve the service model.
  • Partner with Sales to scope, price, package, staff, and deliver Strategy Intelligence FFS engagements, ensuring SOWs clearly define client objectives, analytic activities, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.
  • Oversee SOW-based engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring work remains aligned with contractual commitments, client objectives, timelines, deliverables, and data governance requirements.
  • Lead strategy-oriented analytics across market, growth, competitive, and financial domains, translating complex client objectives into actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
  • Align FFS analytic activities across clinical, operational, Dedicated Analyst, Integrated Insights, and analytic development teams to strengthen capabilities, address evolving client needs, and deliver a consistent client experience.
  • Partner with Integrated Insights & Client Impact to identify completed FFS analyses that can be transformed into scalable, repeatable, and proactive insight offerings.
  • Represent Strategy Intelligence FFS analytics in executive, client-facing, and internal forums, communicating analytic approaches, findings, recommendations, and business value.
  • Develop FFS analytic talent, leadership capabilities, career paths, and succession plans while fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, commercial awareness, and client-centered delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Progressive leadership experience across analytics, insights, consulting, healthcare, product, strategy, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing analytics, insights, or consulting teams, including talent development and succession planning.
  • Experience leading fee-for-service, consulting, or SOW-based client engagements with accountability for scope, pricing, staffing, delivery, financial performance, and client outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin, utilization, capacity, and portfolio performance.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing SOWs, including scope, objectives, analytic deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.
  • Experience delivering strategy-oriented analytics across market, growth, competitive, financial, or related healthcare domains.
