We bring these commitments to life through three core behaviors: ownership and collaboration, trust through outcomes and impact, and a challenge culture with ongoing feedback. Ready to make an impact at the company pioneering security transformation in the AI era? Join us at Zscaler.
Role
We are looking for an AI Enablement Architect to join our team. This is a hybrid in-office (Santa Clara CA HQ preferred, Bellevue, WA possible) role, reporting to the Director, People Success Enablement in our People & Culture organization. As Zscaler transitions to an AI-native organization, this individual will serve as the hands-on catalyst to develop and scale company-wide enablement initiatives, reimagining workforce capability building for the age of AI. You will design workflow-embedded learning solutions, facilitate interactive learning labs, and champion human-AI collaboration to accelerate workforce productivity and responsible adoption.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Pioneer agentic enablement by designing and deploying conversational agents, contextual digital coaches, and workflow-embedded guidance rather than static LMS courses
- Architect and scale company-wide AI capability-building initiatives, orchestrating high-impact learning sprints, live tool walkthroughs, and practical learning labs across diverse skill levels
- Own the end-to-end enablement charter for the People & Culture organization, turning functional teams into AI power users and internal champions
- Activate peer knowledge scaling by cultivating an internal network of AI champions to crowdsource real-world use cases and cross-team best practices
- Establish holistic enablement measurement frameworks that track business impact, productivity gains, and reclaimed time, while ensuring alignment with security, privacy, and ethical guardrails
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You are AI-native by default. Generative AI is your everyday thought partner and productivity accelerator, instinctively collaborating with modern tools to ideate, synthesize, and iterate while applying sound critical judgment.
- You are a pragmatic builder. You thrive on rolling up your sleeves to prototype, test, and ship hands-on enablement solutions, balancing rapid execution with user-centric value creation.
- You thrive in dynamic environments. You are energized by emerging technology, comfortable navigating evolving priorities, and eager to adapt quickly in high-growth settings.
- You are an engaging facilitator. You bring infectious energy, clarity, and actionable guidance to every session, creating collaborative spaces where employees at all skill levels can experiment and build fluency.
- You are a continuous learner. You maintain relentless curiosity for advancements in AI, proactively mastering new workflows and translating complex technical capabilities into simple, accessible insights.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Demonstrated, hands-on daily proficiency using modern generative AI tools (e.g., enterprise LLMs) to develop effective enablement solutions and accelerate everyday workflows
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, talent development, or instructional design within fast-paced environments, including direct AI enablement or AI transformation experience
- Proven track record designing modern, bite-sized learning assets, playbooks, and toolkits embedded directly into daily workflows rather than relying on traditional long-form training
- Demonstrated success facilitating engaging, interactive workshops and hands-on learning labs for cross-functional audiences
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive capability-building and organizational change initiatives
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience designing modern agentic learning solutions, custom internal AI assistants, or AI literacy curricula that move beyond static LMS courses
- Prior background driving enablement or change initiatives within high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity environments
- Track record of measuring enablement success through behavioral scorecards, sentiment analysis, and tangible business impact metrics rather than traditional training completion hours
