Develop templates, playbooks, approval frameworks, and fallback positions for recurring deal structures.
Partner with Finance and Operations to establish guardrails around performance-based economics, payments, attribution, and reporting.
Help build the commercial legal team and mentor junior legal professionals as the company scales.
Drive Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Finance, Privacy, Security, and Operations.
Translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Support new products, markets, partnerships, and other high-priority strategic initiatives.
Stay ahead of developments across digital advertising, consumer protection, privacy, AI, digital media, and IP.
What We’re Looking For

10+ years of legal experience, with significant experience supporting sophisticated commercial transactions for high-growth technology, consumer, advertising, or digital businesses.

Proven ability to build scalable legal processes and support significant transaction volume.
Outstanding drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly collaborative, low ego, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
