About the team

The AV Engineering team designs, builds, and maintains the audio-visual systems that power collaboration across Zillow's offices and events. As Zillow continues to grow as a distributed company, reliable in-person and hybrid experiences remain an important part of how teams work together. • Provide break/fix support for existing AV systems, diagnosing, resolving, and restoring service on conference room and event technology.
  • Provide on-site AV support for live and hybrid events and productions, including setup, operation, real-time troubleshooting, and teardown.
  • Assist with production of virtual All-Hands Zoom events.
  • Support and troubleshoot Zoom and Zoom Rooms and related collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain accurate AV documentation, including as-built drawings, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
