- Maintains traceability between requirements, report specifications, test scenarios, and delivered functionality. Provides business scenarios to reporting developers to strengthen development testing and reduce rework.
- Assists with project planning by defining BA tasks, deliverables, estimates, stakeholder commitments, and dependencies. Supports assigned reporting requests from intake through production and business acceptance.
- Develops and maintains reporting documentation standards, requirements templates, data definitions, user guidance, and knowledge articles. Keeps the report catalog current and easy for users to search and understand.
- Facilitates reporting workshops, demonstrations, and office hours to help users find, interpret, and use reports effectively. Collects feedback and identifies additional training or reporting needs.
