About this job

Company description:

Elliptic is the leader in digital asset decisioning, we have built the most comprehensive platform for efficiently extracting crypto data and intelligence across blockchains with the greatest accuracy.

Our platform’s unrivaled uptime, scalability, depth and breadth of our data and intelligence means exacting organisations choose Elliptic for their compliance, risk management, intelligence operations and blockchain infrastructure needs.

Founded in 2013, Elliptic is headquartered in London with offices in New York, Washington D.C., Miami, San Francisco, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo. To learn more, visit www.elliptic.co and follow us on LinkedIn and X.

We're looking for a senior B2B campaign marketer who can orchestrate global, integrated campaigns from strategy through to pipeline. You already run the core mechanics of campaign delivery so well that your time goes into making the whole engine smarter. This is a hands-on role for someone who builds in HubSpot themselves, uses AI to take repeatable work off the table and treats launch day as the start of a campaign, not the end of it.

The impact you will have:

Elliptic is at an inflection point, shifting from crypto compliance tool to data and AI intelligence platform. As Senior Campaigns Manager, you will orchestrate the global campaigns that tell that story and move enterprise buyers through the journey across our four core segments: financial institutions, PSPs, crypto natives and government. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will turn campaign strategy into programs that field marketing can localize, sales can act on and leadership can measure in pipeline. You will also turn our industry associations into a real channel into our ICPs. With strong knowledge of the US market, you will bring campaign leadership closer to our largest market and ensure every global campaign lands with US buyers.

What you will do:

Campaign orchestration

  • Orchestrate global integrated campaigns end to end, from plan and messaging through launch, nurture and pipeline, bringing content, creative, paid media, events, partnerships and field marketing together around one plan.

  • Give field marketing everything they need to localize each campaign for their region, including messaging, assets, audiences, timelines and measurement.

  • Set channel strategy based on how enterprise buyers research and buy, tailor messaging by audience and geography, and test content formats across each stage of the buying journey.

  • Own what happens after launch: nurture, the hand-off to sales and volume targets through to pipeline. Optimize campaigns while they're live, not just in the post-campaign review.

  • Report on campaign impact against the objectives you set, and turn what you learn into clear recommendations for the next campaign.

Campaign operations and AI

  • Run email sends, webinars and other repeatable campaign tasks expertly from day one, knowing how to optimize each one for its channel.

  • Build effective, scalable workflows that cut manual effort across the campaign cycle, so the team spends its time on the work that moves results.

  • Take an AI-first approach: build agents for repeatable campaign work and shape how the team uses AI across planning, production and optimization.

  • Build in HubSpot without support, including audiences, workflows, landing pages and email.

Organic social, newsletter and content

  • Own organic social strategy and execution, with a clear point of view on what Elliptic should be saying, where and to whom, and how every campaign shows up across LinkedIn, X and other channels.

  • Own newsletter strategy and performance, partnering with our content team to build programs that earn their audience and move readers through the buying journey.

  • Bring a content marketing lens to every campaign, partnering with our content team on which stories and formats will move enterprise buyers at each stage, and using social and newsletter performance to sharpen them.

Associations and memberships

  • Get the most from our existing association partnerships, such as our ABA diamond partnership, American Banker and the Digital Chamber, using each one as a channel into our ICPs through content promotion, dinners, speaking and co-marketing.

  • Identify new associations and membership groups, and build the business case for each based on the access it gives us to our ICPs.

  • Work with our Global Policy and Regulatory Group to explore how the regulatory memberships they hold can work as a marketing channel, regionally and globally.

  • Work alongside partner marketing, who keep ownership of partner management.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on campaign strategy and own its delivery end to end.

  • Work with paid media as a true partner on how paid fits the campaign strategy, from planning through to optimization.

  • Work closely with creative, content, events, partnerships and field marketing so every campaign lands as one global program.

  • Support product marketing and comms during rapid response moments.

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Orchestrate rather than execute. You get the right people moving in the same direction and hold the plan together across teams and regions.

  • Care about the impact a campaign makes, not just whether it shipped. You set clear objectives, work out the best way to meet them and report on how well you did in a way that shows the business what it got.

  • Reach for AI first and can explain how it changes the way you run a campaign.

  • Look at a manual process and see the workflow that should replace it.

  • Have real curiosity about crypto and digital assets because you find the space interesting.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Orchestrated integrated, global B2B campaigns for enterprise audiences, with measurable pipeline impact.

  • Expert, hands-on HubSpot skills across audiences, workflows, landing pages and email.

  • A track record of running email and webinar programs at scale and building the workflows that make them repeatable.

  • Experience building AI agents or automations for marketing work.

  • Experience using associations, industry bodies or partnerships as a commercial channel. We're looking for commercial experience, not regulatory.

  • Experience working with paid media and regional or field marketing teams on shared campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience running organic social for B2B audiences, particularly on LinkedIn, and a strong grasp of content marketing.

  • Excellent written communication: clear, direct and built for the channel it is on.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience marketing to financial institutions, payments companies or crypto businesses.

  • Existing relationships with financial services or crypto associations.

What we offer you

  • Hybrid working: work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days a year

  • Home office budget: $650 to set up your space

  • Learning & development: $1,000 a year for anything, agreed with your manager, that supports your growth

  • Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus 8 US public holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday

  • Parental leave: 16 weeks fully paid for eligible employees, regardless of gender or whether you become a parent by birth or adoption

  • Healthcare: comprehensive medical, dental and vision cover through a range of providers (including Tufts, Kaiser, Aetna, UHC and Blue Shield of CA), with generous premium contributions for you and your dependents

  • 401k: company match included

  • Mental health: full access to Spill
