  • Champion a student-centered environment that promotes engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Lead retention and persistence strategies with the Student Persistence Specialist, Deans, and Registrar.

Enrollment, Retention & Financial Accountability

  • Hire, coach, and retain high-performing department leaders.
  • Establish a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and campus updates to drive communication and alignment.
  • Promote professional development and training completion for all staff and faculty.

Compliance & Accreditation

  • Maintain audit readiness; achieve zero critical or repeat findings.
  • Ensure timely completion of corrective actions and submission of required reports.
  • Uphold accreditor and regulatory standards across all departments.

Community Engagement

  • Represent the institution with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, advisory boards, and community partners to strengthen placement outcomes and campus reputation.
