About this job

Intelligence Center X is Siemens' platform for the agentic enterprise

The next wave of enterprise software isn't about writing more code — it's about giving organizations the tools to combine trusted data, AI, and applications into systems that can reason and act on their own. Intelligence Center X delivers that today, through five capabilities — an Enterprise Knowledge Graph, AI/ML, agentic application development, orchestration, and governance — that together move enterprises from static software to intelligent, autonomous systems.

For the customers we serve, that shift shows up in very concrete ways: engineers and data leaders who can finally find and trust the data buried across decades of enterprise systems; teams that go from idea to working application in days instead of quarters; and AI initiatives that move out of pilot purgatory and into production because the underlying data and governance can actually support them. Whether you're building this platform, proving its value to customers, or bringing it to market through our partner ecosystem, your work directly drives those outcomes for some of the most complex organizations in the world.

This is one of the most ambitious enterprise AI platforms in the market — built on decades of deep domain expertise across industries as varied as manufacturing, banking, insurance, financial services, and healthcare, and already running in production at real scale for organizations with some of the most demanding data and compliance requirements in the world. If you want to work at the intersection of enterprise AI, knowledge graphs, and agentic applications — with real customers and real production stakes, across nearly every major industry — this is where that work is happening.

Content Marketing Manager – Industrial B2B

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Content Marketing Manager who specializes in marketing to complex, engineering-driven industrial sectors and thrives at the intersection of technical depth and compelling storytelling. This individual will create content that earns the trust of executive audiences and translates complex technical concepts into narratives that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption.

You'll develop category-defining content including SME-driven insights, research-backed reports, practitioner guides, webinars, and executive thought leadership. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, process-oriented, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Content

• Manage content creation across blogs, articles, long-form content, video scripts, webinars, and social media assets aligned to product capabilities, use cases, audience segments, and pipeline goals.

• Develop and oversee the production of how-to guides, research reports, solution briefs, white papers, and other high-value content assets.

• Manage relationships with freelance writers, agencies, and external contributors, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

• Develop executive thought leadership programs, including ghostwriting, podcast preparation, speaking opportunities, and bylined articles for industry publications.

• Create content that resonates with industrial decision-makers, including VP-level leaders in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.

• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and other cross-functional teams to translate positioning and messaging into always-on content programs spanning the full buyer journey.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, customers, product managers, developers, and data scientists to create accurate, credible, and practitioner-focused content.

• Identify content opportunities and gaps through search intent analysis, competitive research, analyst insights, and feedback from sales and customer-facing teams.

• Drive content repurposing strategies to maximize the reach, impact, and lifecycle of high-performing content across channels and formats.

SEO & Distribution

• Support organic content strategy through keyword research, topic clustering, content planning, and on-page SEO optimization.

• Focus on high-intent, bottom-of-funnel content opportunities that drive qualified traffic and business outcomes.

• Partner with Demand Generation teams to integrate content into nurture programs, paid campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

• Manage content distribution across owned channels, including blogs, newsletters, and developer communities, as well as earned channels such as syndication, guest publications, and industry forums.

• Ensure content is optimized for discoverability across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search and answer platforms.

Measurement & Optimization

• Track and report on key content performance metrics, including organic traffic, engagement, MQL contribution, pipeline influence, and content-attributed revenue.

• Conduct regular content audits to identify opportunities for content refreshes, consolidation, optimization, and removal of underperforming assets.

• Test and optimize headlines, calls-to-action (CTAs), content formats, and distribution strategies using data-driven insights.

• Leverage performance analytics to continuously improve content effectiveness and scale successful initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B content marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on industrial or engineering-driven audiences.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for executive and business audiences.

• Demonstrated success translating highly technical concepts such as data pipelines, cloud architecture, observability, security, and enterprise technology into compelling narratives.

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience driving measurable organic growth.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and deliver high-quality content on schedule.

• Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and concepts such as data lakehouses.

• Understanding of industrial software, manufacturing technology, engineering technology, or related enterprise software markets.

• Experience marketing to developers, practitioners, engineers, or other highly technical audiences at scale.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Ahrefs, SEMrush, WordPress, or similar marketing technology platforms.

• Portfolio demonstrating technical content creation, including long-form guides, white papers, executive thought leadership, and industry publications.
