  • Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative finance team culture.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to support company objectives and improve financial understanding across the organization.
  • Serve as a proactive leader who identifies issues, drives solutions, and helps the business scale effectively.

    Audit and External Relationships

    • Lead the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion.
    • Manage relationships with external auditors and CPA firms and coordinate all audit activities.
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations.

    Process Improvement and Systems Leadership

    • Identify and lead initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting processes.
    • Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices across finance operations.
    • Oversee financial systems and ERP platforms, including enhancements, upgrades, and new technology implementation.
