About the job
The Corporate Accounts and Precision Medicine Orchestrator is a strategic, cross-functional role that partners with the Precision Medicine Executive (PME), Key Account Manager (KAM), and Corporate Account Director (CAD) field teams to “orchestrate” consistent, high-quality execution of account and precision medicine strategies. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Accounts and Precision Medicine, this individual will create field enablement resources, deliver KPI reporting and analysis, and serve as the operational liaison to the Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization.
The Orchestrator will translate field and leadership needs into clear requirements for GTMC, coordinate priorities and timelines, and help ensure the PME, KAM, and CAD teams have the tools, data, and resources needed to execute account plans and diagnostic and precision medicine initiatives effectively and in full compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Field Enablement (PME, KAM, and CAD Teams)
· Partner with the PME, KAM, and CAD teams and their leaders to identify enablement needs and priorities across account, GPO, and diagnostic and precision medicine activities.
· Create and maintain field enablement resources, including account planning templates, playbooks, process guides, quick-reference tools, and training and onboarding materials for new team members.
· Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and approved resources, including communication, training, and adoption follow-up.
· Gather field feedback on workflows, tools, and barriers, and translate it into practical improvements.
· Identify and share best practices across the three field teams to promote aligned, consistent execution.
· Ensure enablement resources reflect approved content and follow applicable review and compliance processes.
KPI Reporting and Analysis
· Partner with the VP and team leaders to define KPIs and success measures for PME, KAM, and CAD activities.
· Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring KPI reports, dashboards, and scorecards at the team, region, and account level using GTMC reporting and analytics platforms.
· Analyze account, GPO, diagnostic testing, and field activity data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities, and deliver clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
· Prepare data and analysis to support business reviews, leadership meetings, and planning cycles.
· Support account prioritization, segmentation, and target-list refinement using data and field insights.
· Promote consistent metric definitions and data accuracy, and identify and escalate data quality issues.
· Train field teams to use dashboards and reports to support account planning and pre-call planning.
GTMC Operational Liaison
· Serve as the primary operational liaison between the PME, KAM, and CAD teams and GTMC, including the IT and Operations teams that support CRM, reporting, and analytics.
· Translate field and leadership needs into clear business requirements, and submit and track requests for CRM enhancements, report changes, data access, and system issues.
· Coordinate priorities, timelines, and communication so the needs of the three field teams are represented in GTMC planning and release cycles.
· Participate in testing and validation of CRM and reporting enhancements, and communicate changes and available capabilities to the field.
· Maintain a clear intake and tracking process for field requests and issues, and provide regular status updates to field teams and leadership.
· Optimize the use of CRM and related systems to improve data accuracy and streamline field workflows.
Orchestration and Special Projects
· Coordinate operating rhythms across the PME, KAM, and CAD teams, including meeting cadences, planning calendars, and action tracking.
· Lead or support special projects and process improvements that increase efficiency, alignment, and collaboration across the three field teams.
· Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align resources and reduce duplication of effort.
· Leverage analytics and AI tools to generate customer insights and recommendations that support resource allocation and execution.
· Operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Sanofi policies and procedures.
