• Support the annual standard cost process, including cost roll preparation, activity and overhead rate development, SAP master data validation, and analysis of standard cost changes.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory balances, cost absorption, settlement results, allocation outcomes, and related financial impacts.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to resolve SAP issues, address close-related blockers, enhance reporting, and strengthen cost accounting processes.
• Leverage Hyperion/EPM, Smart View, SAP reporting tools, and Excel-based analytics to support financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements across SAP cost accounting, inventory close, overhead allocation, master data, reporting automation, and close efficiency.
• Support internal controls, audit requests, accounting policy compliance, reconciliations, journal entries, and documentation related to cost accounting and inventory.
Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

- Minimum 5 years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting automation, dashboards, or data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting SAP-related process improvements, system enhancements, reporting enhancements, or finance transformation initiatives.
