About this job

This is Adyen

For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

Creative Producer

Adyen is seeking a Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production of creative work across marketing and brand initiatives, including paid and growth campaigns, event activations, web, partner marketing, and customer-facing deliverables.

Based in San Francisco and part of the Studio team, this role will report to the Studio Lead and partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Design, and external partners to turn creative briefs into high-quality work. You’ll bring structure to the process by defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies, while keeping projects moving from brief to launch.

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where the work changes week to week. One week you may be producing a multi-channel digital campaign; the next, coordinating creative production for a major event or experiential activation.

You’ll also help strengthen how creative work gets made at Adyen by building scalable production processes and a trusted network of external partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead integrated campaigns across live action, photography, digital, social, print, events, and experiential.
  • Develop proposals, scopes, and pricing with leadership and creative leads.
  • Partner with NA Studio Lead, Global Studio, and Marketing to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Manage large-scale productions from concept through delivery, coordinating schedules, approvals, vendors, freelancers, and key dependencies.
  • Build and manage production timelines across multiple concurrent projects, flagging risks, blockers, and budget issues early.
  • Facilitate the creative review process across Studio and Marketing, bringing in the right stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet brand standards, marketing requirements, and the expected quality bar before launch.
  • Own and support the creative request intake process, ensuring requests come in with clear briefs, are triaged appropriately, and routed to the right owner.
  • Maintain clear, proactive visibility into project status, timelines, risks, blockers, and changes so stakeholders can easily understand where work stands at any time.
  • Manage estimates, bids, actual costs, contingencies, change orders, and project reconciliation.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, agency-side or in-house.
  • Experience producing across film, photography, motion, digital, print, paid media, events, and experiential.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing timelines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making day-to-day production decisions independently.
  • Clear, proactive communicator across Creative, Marketing, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Strong financial and operational judgment across scoping, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Familiar with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to adapt the approach based on the needs of the project.
  • Curious and hands-on with AI and emerging creative tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • A strong team player who takes ownership and follows through.
