Role overview

We're looking for a CRM Lifecycle Manager to shape how Brigit talks to its customers across email, push, SMS, and in-app. You'll own our campaign calendar and build and deploy both ad-hoc campaigns and triggered lifecycle communications. You will use thoughtful, personalized messaging to meet customers at the right moments in their journey and deliver incremental engagement and retention. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Data, and our business teams, and you'll have the room to test new ideas and see their impact on our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • You'll own the CRM calendar from end to end, shaping the strategy, planning what goes out, balancing business requests and customer fatigue across segments to deliver the optimal cadence. Own the marketplace lifecycle programs, building email, push, SMS, and in-app journeys that connect customers with offers that help them. Define the friction points and design messaging that turns them into moments of progress. You'll also help new users get started and bring lapsed ones back.

  • You'll manage campaigns end to end by building email push and SMS launches hands-on in our ESP tool. You'll also write briefs, coordinate creative, and manage approvals, build/deploy campaigns and deliver results and recommendations on each program.

  • Keep a pulse on performance. You'll check in on results daily, dig into what's working across channels, and use it to decide what to test next.

  • Share the story behind the numbers, presenting campaign performance to business stakeholders along with what you learned and where you're headed next.

  • Team up with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Brand to deliver an integrated experience that is aligned across timelines and priorities.

  • You will ensure campaigns (including tests, segmentation and complex personalization logic) are set up, deployed, and QA-ed accurately in a timely manner. You will also troubleshoot and fix issues when they come up.

What you have

  • 4-6+ years in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally at a DTC or consumer app company.

  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform like Iterable. You know how to build automated lifecycle flows, and when something breaks, you troubleshoot it and suggest a fix.

  • A track record of running a full CRM calendar across multiple user segments without dropping the ball.

  • A sharp eye for detail and strong follow-through. Your campaigns go out right and on time.

  • A love of testing. You always have an experiment running, and you know how to read the results.

  • Strong analytical skills. You set your own roadmap and KPIs and turn results into action.

  • Exceptional organization and project management skills, experience managing multiple competing projects/deadlines, and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic Figma skills are a plus.

  • A creative mind and a real care for customers. You want every touchpoint to feel helpful, delightful, and on brand.

  • A proactive teammate and clear communicator who's curious about new tools and ways of working.

  • Comfort with basic HTML and CSS. You won't be coding emails from scratch, but you can fix a padding issue or a broken link. Handlebars experience is a plus.
