Job Description:
About Epiq AI Labs
Epiq AI Labs, established by Epiq in 2025, brings together builders, researchers, academics, legal professionals, and industry leaders to advance AI for complex legal and corporate challenges. Its work includes foundational AI research, large-scale data analysis, collaborative development of practical solutions, and AI education. Alongside research, the Labs leads the development of Epiq’s flagship AI platform—the foundation for AI-powered workflows across litigation, compliance, antitrust, and other complex legal and corporate matters.
About the Role
As our Customer Enablement Specialist, you’ll make sure everyone who explains or uses our platform can do it well. You’ll create training, documentation, messaging, and demo scripts for Epiq Global teams and our clients, keep them current with every release, and build AI agents and automations that take routine work off the team.
You’ll split your time between building AI tools and teaching people to use the platform well. You’ll work closely with our Legal Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and Epiq Global teams. You won’t own client accounts; your work makes everyone who does faster. You don’t need to be a lawyer. You’ll work from our New York office and serve clients in every region, including EMEA and APAC.
What You’ll Do
- Training Curricula: Build training curricula, materials, and documentation for Epiq Global teams and clients.
- Release Readiness: Prepare Epiq Global teams and clients for each release, so everyone knows what’s changing and how to use it.
- Internal Sales Training: Lead internal sales training with our Customer Success Managers, and update it as the platform changes.
- Messaging and Positioning: Maintain messaging, positioning, and demo scripts so Epiq Global teams explain the platform clearly and consistently.
- Client Materials: Create materials clients’ lawyers can use after go-live, working with Customer Success Managers.
- AI Agents and Automation: Build AI agents and automations for the team’s routine work, and connect the tools the team uses so they work together.
- Power Users: Identify power users at each client and give them what they need to teach their colleagues.
- Scaled Onboarding: Build materials that move more onboarding into the product as the client base grows.
- Measurement: Track whether training works, and use the results to improve it.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in enablement, solutions, or technical training roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations that other people rely on.
- Daily use of AI in your own work, with things you’ve built that you can walk through in interviews.
- A record of turning complex workflows and expert knowledge into training people actually use.
- Clear writing and presenting for both legal and non-legal audiences.
- Strong organization across many assets and releases.
Nice to Have
- Legal-tech or eDiscovery experience.
- Experience with scripting or APIs.
- Experience building certification or onboarding programs.
What Success Looks Like
- Epiq Global teams and clients get up to speed quickly on each release.
- Every release has training ready before it reaches clients.
- Agents and automations you build take routine work off the team.
