  • Partner with data engineering and product engineering to instrument and structure the data assets that measure product success.
  • Own delivery with data and business intelligence engineers, turning insights into data products (pipelines, algorithms, self-service dashboards).
  • Research, develop, and implement automated algorithm deployment pipelines.
  • Evangelize data products that drive action or product improvement.
  • Help grow the Salesforce data culture through learning sessions, new tools, and process improvements.

Required Skills/Experience

  • You are proficient in analytical programming languages such as Python, and expert in SQL.
  • You are expert in end-to-end data development, including model design, quality review, deployment, and maintenance.
  • You are an Agentic Engineer - you build with Claude and similar AI coding tools, using agent loops, tool use, and well-grounded context engineering to ship code fast.
  • You have experience developing and deploying data science models in a cloud environment.
  • You are a charismatic storyteller ready to lead growth conversations with senior leadership.
  • You enjoy building relationships and collaborating in a cross-disciplinary environment.
  • You have a related technical degree.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • You have experience with technologies for storing and analyzing large amounts of data (e.g. Spark, Presto, Hive).
  • You have experience with time series forecasting methods.
