Job Description

Your Impact as a Demand Planner

As our new Demand Planner, you will be the analytical engine of our supply chain. You will own the operational forecast for key customers, creating a consensus-based demand plan that directly impacts our company's financial performance and customer satisfaction. This role is the critical partner bridging our commercial (Sales & Marketing) and supply chain organizations, ensuring we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time.

What You'll Do

  • Forecast Generation & Management: Develop and maintain an accurate 12-18 month operational forecast by executing statistical models, analyzing historical data, and incorporating commercial intelligence (promotions, new listings, market trends).

  • S&OP Leadership & Consensus Building: Lead the monthly Demand Review meetings with Sales and Marketing as a core part of the S&OP process. You will be expected to challenge assumptions, analyze forecast deviations, and drive alignment to arrive at a single consensus demand plan.

  • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Own and report on key forecast accuracy and bias metrics. You will analyze performance drivers, identify the root causes of error, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve forecast quality and business processes.

  • Supply-Demand Communication: Serve as the key communication link on product availability. Proactively communicate supply risks (and recovery dates) to commercial teams and provide data-driven recommendations for product allocation during periods of constraint.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to hold a high-impact, high-visibility role within a leading global company. You will be empowered to drive tangible improvements in our forecasting process and see your work directly influence business success. We are committed to professional development and providing our team with the tools and support they need to excel.

    • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional partners in a collaborative S&OP/IBP environment.

    • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a talent for translating complex data into actionable business insights.
