We’re looking for a Director, Integrity and Compliance to join Snap’s Legal Team! In this role, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will lead Snap’s global Integrity & Compliance program and oversee the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance framework across business conduct, enterprise compliance, controls and assurance, investigations, awareness and culture, sustainability-related compliance processes, and other key risk areas. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of high-impact areas, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption, third-party risk management, investigations, policy governance, risk assessments, training and communications, trade and cross-border compliance, records governance, reporting, and program effectiveness. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that offers the opportunity to help shape a values-driven culture of compliance across Snap while helping the company identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risk in a practical, business-focused way.

What You’ll Do

  • Global Compliance Program Leadership: Lead Snap’s global Integrity & Compliance program and work with the Chief Compliance Officer and regional leaders to set the overall strategy, priorities, and operating model for the function.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and develop leaders and team members across enterprise compliance, business conduct compliance, controls and assurance, investigations, awareness and training, and related program areas.
  • Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption: Oversee and evolve Snap’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption program, including training, communications, risk assessments, controls, reporting, and mitigation strategies.
  • Investigations Program Oversight: Oversee Snap’s investigations framework, including reporting channels, case-management processes, escalation standards, trends reporting, outside-counsel coordination, and remediation follow-through.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Oversee and enhance Snap’s compliance-related third-party risk management program, including diligence frameworks, risk indicators, operating models, escalations, and mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Assessment, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Lead enterprise compliance risk assessments and support the continued maturation of monitoring, testing, controls mapping, reporting, and lessons-learned processes across the compliance program.
  • Policy Governance & Codes of Conduct: Oversee Snap’s Code of Conduct, related conduct frameworks, and the company’s broader policy-governance approach, including clear ownership and implementation standards.
  • Business Records & Governance: Support records governance, employee communications governance, and related business-process expectations needed to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Trade, Sanctions & Cross-Border Compliance: Oversee Snap’s approach to trade, sanctions, export controls, and other cross-border compliance risks, including coordination with relevant legal and business stakeholders.
  • Training, Communications & Culture: Lead compliance training, outreach, executive messaging, and culture-building efforts designed to promote ethical decision-making and reinforce Snap’s values globally.
  • Metrics, Reporting & Governance Forums: Oversee compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executives, the Board, the Audit Committee, and other governance forums, including Integrity & Compliance strategic plans, investigations trends, program effectiveness, and emerging risks.
  • Management-Level Governance: Own governance for a management-level Risk and Compliance Committee, including agenda-setting, material preparation, escalation pathways, and follow-through on key decisions and action items.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Advise senior leaders and business teams on significant compliance risks and help design practical solutions that enable business activities in a compliant manner.
  • M&A Compliance Due Diligence: Coordinate compliance due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Identify material risks, recommend mitigation measures, and support post-closing compliance integration.
  • Program Growth & Innovation: Identify and build scalable compliance processes, systems, controls, and governance frameworks as Snap’s products, markets, and risk profile continue to evolve.

Minimum Qualifications
