Hybrid flexibility may be considered following the initial onboarding period, based on successful integration into the firm and role performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment in operational priorities and client service excellence.
  • HR & Organizational Support: Assist with employee onboarding, personnel coordination, and hiring initiatives as needed, while supporting the development of organizational structures and processes as the firm grows.

What we’re looking for:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong capability in organizing, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring follow-through on projects.
  • Proactive Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and escalate issues early to prevent larger problems.
  • Learning Capability: Strong curiosity and ability to learn complex legal workflows quickly.

Why you should work here:

  • Autonomy and Influence: Operate with significant independence, directly shaping the firm's systems and culture alongside the owner.
  • Impactful Role: Make a visible impact, identifying and resolving bottlenecks that enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Growth and Expansion: Play a key role in supporting the firm's potential expansion into new markets by developing scalable operational systems and processes.
  • Career Growth Potential: Opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibilities and expand your strategic influence as the firm evolves.
  • Innovative Environment: Engage in modernizing operations with AI and new technologies, fostering innovation and efficiency in legal processes.
