Position Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own the integrated environment calendar across the SAP S/4HANA CIS landscape (development, quality systems, staging, training and production) and edge system non-production environments.
  • Coordinate environment readiness for each test cycle, including builds, connectivity, certificates, security hand-off and go/no-go checks.
  • Orchestrate CI/CD and transport movement, keeping code and configuration aligned across environments.
  • Plan and run data refreshes, client copies and database copies, and coordinate data population for conversion, bill compare, testing and training.
  • Run environment booking, conflict resolution and change control so shared environments stay stable and predictable.
  • Coordinate with SAP (RISE), Itron, Avaya and other vendors on environment setup, refresh windows and outages.
  • Work closely with test and delivery leads.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of techno-functional experience in enterprise systems or transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes and system-enabled workflows.
  • Experience with functional design, configuration guidance, testing, and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functional tasks and collaborate cross functionally.

Preferred Requirements:

  • SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP or SAP BTP environment experience.
  • Utility industry or CIS modernization experience.
  • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow and DevOps tooling.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for SAP or Salesforce.
  • Very strong coordination and orchestration skills, with a proven record of aligning many technical environments, vendors and schedules to a single coordinated plan.

Our culture is grounded in shared values and employee commitments that guide how we work, support one another, and grow together.
