Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong understanding of oncology, drug development, and clinical trial design, with the ability to evaluate scientific and medical literature
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills, including experience working with complex datasets
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with statistics, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Take ownership and solve problems independently
- Move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Communicate proactively and respond promptly
