Position Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Field and Account Based Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across the Americas, with a primary focus on Entrust’s Identity and Issuance portfolios.

The Field Marketing Manager will develop, implement, monitor, and optimize integrated regional programs and events that engage priority audiences, generate high-quality opportunities, improve conversion through the funnel, and drive disciplined sales follow through. The role will also support channel and partner activities to extend reach, accelerate opportunities, and advance Entrust’s go-to-market priorities across the region.

Responsibilities:

Program Execution

Lead the development and execution of region-specific marketing plans for Issuance and Identity that align with Entrust’s global initiatives. Translate corporate priorities into targeted programs for priority accounts, personas, and verticals with clear goals for engagement, opportunity creation, and conversion.

Opportunity Quality and Conversion

Design programs around the creation and progression of high-quality opportunities, not only lead volume. Partner closely with sales to align on account selection, qualification criteria, handoff expectations, follow-up timing, and next actions. Monitor conversion across key funnel stages, identify gaps, and adjust audience, content, offers, and activation plans to improve pipeline quality and revenue potential.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales teams, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content Strategy, and Sales to identify regional priorities, develop audience-specific content, and coordinate campaign execution. Establish clear ownership and follow-through plans with sales and, where applicable, channel partners to ensure timely outreach, opportunity progression, and visibility into outcomes.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

Analyze, measure, and report on Issuance and Identity program performance using Entrust’s analytics tools, including Salesforce and Tableau. Evaluate opportunity quality, funnel conversion, sales acceptance, follow-up activity, pipeline progression, and revenue impact. Use performance insights to optimize investments, address follow-through gaps, and communicate results and recommended actions to stakeholders.

Event Leadership & Executive Engagements

Plan and lead regional events, executive roundtables, workshops, and targeted account experiences that advance Entrust’s priorities. Define audience and opportunity goals, secure stakeholder participation, and build pre-event and post-event engagement plans with sales. Ensure prompt follow up, clear next steps, and measurable progression for participating customers and prospects, with partner involvement included selectively when it strengthens the program.

Regional Planning and Budget Management

Develop and manage regional marketing plans, budgets, and timelines in alignment with business priorities. Evaluate programs based on ROI, opportunity quality, conversion, pipeline influence, and market impact. Recommend investment shifts based on performance, sales capacity, and follow through, while incorporating channel support where it adds measurable value.

Basic Qualifications

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B, field, regional, or channel marketing, with demonstrated ownership of demand generation programs.

·       Proven ability to lead cross-functional marketing programs in partnership with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and Sales Development teams, with channel collaboration as needed.

·       Experience using marketing and sales performance data to evaluate opportunity quality, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, follow-up execution, pipeline progression, and revenue impact.

·       Degree in marketing, communications, or related field

·       Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

·       Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with analytics and reporting tools.

·       Background in event planning and management.

·       Experience marketing technology and/or cybersecurity solutions is preferred; experience with identity, digital identity, credential issuance, identity verification, authentication, payments, partner-supported programs, co-marketing, or MDF is a plus.
