Key Responsibilities

Lead PCS Measurement Strategy

  • Define and execute the measurement vision and roadmap for PCS Marketing.
  • Establish a consistent framework for measuring performance across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, and portfolio marketing.
  • Ensure measurement practices align to PCS growth objectives and key business outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior leader responsible for advancing measurement maturity across the organization.

Build Enterprise Measurement Frameworks

  • Develop and maintain a standardized PCS marketing measurement framework that can be applied consistently across all marketing teams.
  • Define common KPI hierarchies, success metrics, reporting cadences, and performance scorecards.
  • Establish standards for campaign measurement, attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, and performance reporting.
  • Create measurement playbooks that enable teams to evaluate marketing investments consistently.

Standardize Data & Reporting

  • Lead efforts to standardize marketing data definitions, taxonomy, KPI calculations, and reporting methodologies across PCS.
  • Partner with Enterprise Data, Technology, and Analytics teams to improve data quality, governance, and accessibility.
  • Ensure a consistent source of truth exists for marketing performance reporting.
  • Drive simplification and elimination of duplicate or conflicting measurement approaches.

Dashboard & Analytics Enablement

  • Lead development of enterprise dashboards and reporting tools supporting marketing leaders and analytics teams across PCS.
  • Partner with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to design intuitive, actionable self-service reporting solutions.
  • Ensure dashboards provide visibility into marketing effectiveness, customer behavior, business outcomes, and investment performance.
  • Create executive reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making and operating reviews.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Marketing, Direct Marketing, Loyalty, Small Business, Analytics, Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Build alignment around measurement standards, priorities, and governance processes.

  • Act as the connective leader across teams responsible for performance, insights, and business growth.

Performance Insights & Optimization

  • Translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through deeper measurement and analytics.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Leverage emerging analytics capabilities, AI, and automation to improve measurement efficiency and insights.

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, business intelligence, performance management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record building enterprise measurement frameworks and KPI governance models.
  • Experience leading large-scale data standardization and reporting initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success partnering across marketing, analytics, technology, and business teams.
  • Experience translating analytics into executive-level business recommendations.

Leadership Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication and executive storytelling capabilities.
