- Resolve connectivity issues across US sites, working with carriers and vendors as needed
Backup, Recovery & Monitoring
- Own backup administration, failed job investigation, restores, and disaster recovery testing
- Ensure monitoring and first-response coverage during US hours, with clean handoffs to the Non-US team
- Configure alerts, investigate recurring issues, and document reusable fixes
US Workplace & Site Technology
- Provide on-site and remote support for Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, macOS, mobile, printing, and meeting-room AV/VC
- Handle escalated issues for traders, executives, and business teams with clear communication
- Manage device deployments, office tech changes, and vendor coordination across US sites
- Oversee service delivery with Garda’s MSP, ensuring timely resolution
Global Operations & Security
- Coordinate follow-the-sun handoffs with the Non-US lead
- Implement vulnerability remediation, patching, and security hardening; support incident response
- Own technical projects, migrations, and rollouts across US operations
- Maintain runbooks and scripts, automate repeatable work, and coach others
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- 8-10 years of senior-level, hands-on infrastructure and workplace support experience, with the ability to independently diagnose problems and safely make production changes, along with 2-3 years of experience managing people.
- Track record resolving complex escalations and leading service restoration
- Direct people management experience, including coaching, reviews, development planning, and accountability
- Experience with backup and recovery, monitoring, patching, and change control
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows/macOS, AV/VC, and office hardware in a distributed environment
