Job Description:
Position Summary
Guggenheim Securities’ Capital Structure Advisory Group is a leading advisor to companies, investors and other stakeholders navigating complex financial situations and financial distress. The Capital Structure Advisory Group is a critically important strategic initiative for Guggenheim Securities, which in 2018 acquired Millstein & Co., a leading advisor to companies, investors, sovereigns and municipalities and other constituencies in special situations involving financial distress.

Associates will work on a range of assignments including both Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court transactions.
