Coaching for Growth

  • Lead and develop a team of 7 engineers, fostering accountability, engagement, technical growth, and clear ownership across tracking and reporting applications.
  • Partner with team members on career development, coaching, and continuous learning while building a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.

Delivering on Commitments

  • Own delivery and operational support for core Visibility services, including Query Service, Reporting Service, Scheduler Service, Template Service, Report Depot, Notification Service, Image Service, and visibility-ui.
  • Drive improvements in reliability, operational health, and customer adoption while aligning execution with Agile delivery practices and portfolio priorities.

Hiring and Retaining Excellence

  • Create an environment that promotes engagement, retention, knowledge sharing, and long-term team effectiveness.

Technical Depth and Delivery

  • Provide technical leadership for tracking and reporting solutions, supporting engineering decisions, operational excellence, and modernization efforts.
  • Guide the evolution of scalable reporting capabilities, enhanced APIs, and self-service experiences that improve customer visibility.

Architectural Scale

  • Support modernization of the Visibility platform by improving scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of core tracking and reporting services.
  • Partner with technical leaders to reduce technical debt and strengthen platform architecture across owned applications and services.

Team Collaboration Scale

  • Partner closely with a dedicated TPM, engineering partners, and program leadership to define priorities and deliver roadmap commitments.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Branch Operations, and technology stakeholders to improve customer and business outcomes.

Influence and Advocacy

  • Communicate priorities, risks, progress, and delivery outcomes across stakeholders while driving alignment on team objectives.
  • Advocate for customer-centric visibility solutions that improve shipment tracking, reporting experiences, notifications, and self-service capabilities.

Scope of Vision

  • Help shape and execute the roadmap for Tracking and Reporting capabilities within EXP.O NOW, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational effectiveness, and visibility product adoption.

Scale of Business Understanding and Impact
