  • Identify opportunities for research collaborations, investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence generation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support advisory boards, expert engagement strategies, speaker development, and key scientific initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams to address scientific needs and support portfolio growth.
  • Lead Medical Affairs projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring execution, impact measurement, and alignment with organizational priorities.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data.
  • Proven success building credibility and relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific experts.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Knowledge of Medical Affairs compliance standards and scientific exchange requirements.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable business and evidence-generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership through influence, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, or healthcare-related field required.
  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RD, NP, PA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, MSL, Field Medical, or related healthcare/life sciences roles.
  • Experience presenting scientific or clinical information to healthcare professionals and expert audiences.
  • Clinical nutrition experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-70%.
