About this job
This is Adyen
Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition.
For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.
The PX Team
Adyen PX (Product Experience) organization consists of a group of Full-Stack builders who own the end-to-end product discovery and execution from Research, Design, to Content perspective. We are at the forefront of building the future of payments, a rapidly changing industry. We approach projects as an opportunity to exceed our customers’ expectations - designing the right experiences, at the right time, the right way. We ensure that Adyen stays a leader and disruptor in the global payments industry by bringing the customers (whether shopper or business) into the center of our product and business decision making.
The Products You'll Shape
The Unified Platform is at the heart of Adyen's infrastructure, bringing together accounting, reporting, billing, pricing, reconciliation, configuration, and identity & risk into one streamlined platform that enables us to stay agile and innovative while running a scalable, efficient business.
Every product we ship, from in-store payments to issuing and banking, flows through this backbone: each transaction is recorded, priced, billed, and reported on by systems this solution builds and operates, while every merchant and user on the platform is verified, screened, and continuously risk-assessed by its identity and risk intelligence capabilities.
The work spans creating a unified, intuitive backend experience across Adyen products, defining a cohesive and high-performing financial architecture, and making financial data accurate and accessible, trusted, and self-serve for customers and regulators. It also means simplifying pricing and automating invoicing at scale, strengthening visibility and control over money movement through advanced observability and tooling, and building the identity and risk intelligence, from KYC and AML screening to ongoing risk monitoring, that keeps the platform trusted, compliant, and safe.
Your Impact
Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and senior leadership, defining and driving product experience strategy that directly advances business goals and success metrics. Build and grow a high-performing team of 4 full-stack PX professionals as a hands-on player-coach, actively contributing to solution discovery and design while coaching your team and ensuring the quality of PX work consistently raises the bar for our customers.
