  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, process maps, and control frameworks to ensure full audit-readiness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute integration tasks and address roadblocks that arise during the conversion process.

  • Communication & Reporting: Create transparency across the workstream by maintaining status trackers, preparing reporting materials, and highlighting vendor performance metrics for project leadership.

  • Issue Resolution: Support the triage of integration issues, escalating blockers to senior leadership while ensuring day-to-day tasks remain on track to meet aggressive delivery milestones.

General Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to guide and develop a team of associates, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with a focus on impact.

  • Strong organizational skills; capable of managing detailed tasks and workflows while maintaining a view of the broader program roadmap.

  • Effective communicator—ability to translate technical integration requirements into clear instructions and updates for diverse stakeholders.
