Your team will design automated test equipment for supporting testing inhouse or at 3rd parties locations. - 7+ years of hands-on proven experience developing automated test execution frameworks for embedded systems and processing large datasets to verify design and operational requirements
- Demonstrated experience building, leading, mentoring and managing small, creative teams on fast-paced projects to deliver results with partially defined requirements and changing success criteria
- Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous test campaigns for various units under test
- Customer focused, continuous improvement mentality. Our job is never complete; we are always optimizing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing environmental acceptance testing of flight hardware in support of human spaceflight or high-performance aircraft systems.
- Knowledge of systems engineering practices, quality, and configuration management systems
- Experience managing embedded hardware and software products across the full development life cycle
