- Strategically forecast team growth that aligns with our company roadmap. All workshop personnel will be heavily engaged in the recruiting and hiring process. Additionally, streamline the employee onboarding and training process.
- Define, track, and drive the continuous improvement process, which includes systems, applications, tools, methods, and forward-looking changes that will result in an increase in fleet uptime.
- Define and execute against objectives and KPIs, positively reinforce and engage your team, and share in each other's success.
- Optimize the current workstreams to reduce downtime in vehicle maintenance and repairs and provide more uptime for engineering-level testing.
- Forecast and oversee the team budget for crew and vehicle supplies.
- Enforce all environmental, health, and safety policies. Ensure the workshop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous & hazardous materials. Raise the bar on safety.
