We are looking for strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented Product Marketers to join our high-performing team. This is a central, highly visible function that partners across the organization with senior leadership to shape the experience of electric cooperatives nationwide.
You will be a trusted strategic partner responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive product adoption, member engagement, and revenue growth across NRECA’s suite of programs, services, and educational offerings.

- Leverage Data to Inform and Optimize
Use audience segmentation, campaign performance metrics, and insights (engagement, conversion, behavior) to continuously refine strategies and improve results.
- Bring a Modern Marketing Approach
Utilize AI tools and marketing technologies to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and increase campaign effectiveness.
- Act as a Strategic Partner
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to define goals, assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives and deliver marketing solutions that drive impact.
- Champion Focus and Effectiveness
Evaluate incoming requests through a strategic lens—ensuring alignment, guiding stakeholders to the most effective approach and protecting campaign integrity.
- Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with creative, communications, and marketing operations teams to ensure cohesive execution, strong brand alignment, and high-quality deliverables.
