  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited direction, ensuring work is structured, sequenced, and delivered against commitments.
  • Build clear workplans, define roles and responsibilities, manage timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, then recommend practical actions to keep work moving.
  • Ensure project outputs are high quality, timely, and tied to measurable business outcomes.

Executive Communications & Strategic Narrative

  • Develop clear, well-structured, and persuasive materials for senior PMI leaders and business partners.
  • Translate complex analysis, performance trends, and stakeholder input into concise, executive-ready insights.
  • Create compelling narratives that connect PMI priorities, business context, progress, risks, and recommended actions.

Team Contribution & Continuous Improvement

  • Build trusted relationships with PMI leaders, partner teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across areas such as Finance, HR, Risk, Operations, Product, Digital, Data, Marketing, and Communications.
  • Help develop repeatable tools, templates, processes, and operating practices that improve execution quality and consistency across PMI.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to simplify work, improve decision-making, and reduce friction.

Key Outcomes

  • PMI leaders have clearer, faster, and more actionable support on critical business priorities.
  • Complex initiatives are structured and executed with stronger discipline, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Cross-functional stakeholders are aligned around shared priorities, ownership, and next steps.
  • PMI builds stronger repeatable capability for strategy development, execution planning, and leadership communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, financial services, payments, program leadership, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify core issues, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into clear insights and actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects independently and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready presentations and narratives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the maturity and judgment to interact effectively with senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence without authority across business and functional partners.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
