  • Partner with and influence executive leadership on company-wide strategic priorities.
  • Shape competitive, market, and commercial strategy, including enterprise pricing and packaging.
  • Align engineering, go-to-market, and external partners around a unified roadmap.
  • Mentor and elevate the product management team, modeling best practices across the function.

Who You Are

  • You have 6 or more years of product management experience with a track record of company-wide impact.
  • You are an expert in portfolio-level product strategy, discovery, and delivery across multiple product types.
  • You have a gift for influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders without relying on authority.
  • You are fluent in market and competitive analysis, with the ability to translate global trends into long-term strategy.
  • You have experience shaping enterprise pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy, grounded in financial and P and L acumen.
  • You partner naturally with engineering leadership to balance vision with technical feasibility and scalability.
  • You are a compelling communicator who can rally teams through ambiguity and present with confidence to any audience.
  • You bring executive presence to customer and partner interactions, from national conferences to strategic district engagements.
  • You are a generous mentor who coaches product managers across all competencies.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
