- Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading distribution platforms in the wealth management channel.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with the Legal, Accounting, Fund Administration, Operations, Investor Relations, Compliance, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless execution across all aspects of the fund.
- Oversee recurring reporting for investors and the Board, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.

- Bachelor’s degree is required; CFA, CAIA, or MBA is a plus
- Experience with 1940 Act funds and private markets is a plus
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging
- Professional demeanor with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership
