About this position:
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to help our largest Enterprise Brand customers understand not only how their influencer campaigns performed, but why. You’ll own account-level reporting and analysis, turning creator, content, audience, platform, and campaign data into clear insights about the creative themes, formats, and creator attributes driving results. You’ll translate those findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen future influencer strategy and demonstrate Later’s impact, building the trust that supports renewals and expansion. In close partnership with Client Success, Services, and Sales, you’ll bring these insights directly to clients through compelling performance narratives and executive-level presentations. You’ll also help evolve Later’s Analytics capability by identifying patterns across campaigns and building repeatable frameworks, best practices, and assets that raise the quality of insight delivered across our client portfolio. This highly cross-functional role includes regular exposure to client teams and Later’s senior leadership.
What you'll be doing:
Client Reporting & Insight
- Own account-level reporting for Enterprise Brand customers, connecting campaign performance to business outcomes
- Analyze creator and content-level performance to identify the creative themes, formats, hooks, storytelling approaches, and creator attributes driving results, then translate those findings into actionable recommendations for future influencer campaigns.
- Build and present data-driven narratives for client meetings, including QBRs and executive reviews
- Develop hypotheses and design analyses that answer the questions Enterprise Brands actually care about
- Partner with Client Success and Services to define what "value delivered" looks like for each account, and report against it consistently
Data Modeling & Technical Infrastructure
- Build and maintain data models using dbt and BigQuery to support scalable, repeatable client reporting, leveraging AI solutions to drive efficient and consistent delivery
- Create reusable data assets and standardized metrics definitions so account reporting stays consistent across the client base
- Implement data quality checks to ensure every number that reaches a client is right the first time
- Work with data engineering & product teams to optimize the pipelines that feed client-facing dashboards
Business Analysis & Communication
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends for assigned accounts
- Translate complex data into business-relevant insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client stakeholders and internal senior leadership
What success looks like:
- Within 90 days, you've taken ownership of reporting for your assigned Enterprise Brand accounts and delivered your first client-facing presentation independently
- By 6 months, your account-level reporting is a trusted input into renewal and expansion conversations, and Client Success treats you as the go-to analytics partner
- By 12 months, you've built a standardized reporting framework that scales across Enterprise Brand accounts without rebuilding from scratch each time
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in social media and content performance campaign reporting and insights, with direct client-facing or stakeholder-presentation experience
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt or a similar data modeling tool
- Experience building account-level or client-facing reporting, not just internal dashboards
- Solid presentation skills, comfortable communicating data-driven findings to executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant recommendations
- Comfort working directly with external clients as well as internal cross-functional teams
- Experience with BI or visualization tools (Domo, Looker, or similar)
