  • Architect a seamless user experience for internal scientists and clinicians by anticipating market shifts and emerging technology trends.
  • Manage a complex ecosystem of global internal teams, SaaS vendors and external delivery partners.
  • Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive the deployment of next-generation generative AI agents and machine learning models directly into biometrics workflows to automate data harmonization and regulatory reporting.
  • Oversight of validated systems, GxP compliance and alignment with business functions for AI-driven clinical submissions and data pipelines.
  • Coach and mentor product managers and engineers.

  • 10+ years in Product Engineering and Business Analysis, with at least 4 years recent experience in Pharma/Biotech Biometrics domain and 4+ years in a leadership role managing interdisciplinary teams.
