About this job
Aircall is a unicorn AI-powered communications platform transforming how teams win with customers.
For over a decade, we’ve believed voice builds the strongest business relationships. We bring voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and 250+ integrations together on one seamless workspace—so every customer conversation drives revenue, resolves issues faster, and builds trust. Our AI Voice Agents handle routine interactions while your team leads the conversations that matter most. Used by 24,000+ businesses worldwide.
We’re 600+ people from 40+ nationalities across Paris, London, Madrid, Berlin, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Sydney, and Mexico City. We’re ambitious, product-driven, and execution-focused—built for visible impact, fast decisions, and real growth.
Come join us!
We’re hiring a hands-on builder to own our demand engine end to end. You will run a performance marketing machine (paid, SEO/AEO, lifecycle) and connect it to an allbound motion. Inbound, outbound, ABM, partners and community will feed one shared, signal-driven pipeline instead of competing silos.
This is not a role about managing agencies and reporting on MQLs. You will prototype workflows with AI agents, enrichment tools and automation, then scale them with a team and GTM Engineering. Your pipeline number is the one the CRO and CEO check every week.
What you will own
Pipeline and revenue: Own sourced and influenced pipeline across SMB, mid-market and enterprise. Set clear targets, channel-level CAC and payback, and a pipeline forecast Sales trusts.Performance engine: Scale paid search, paid social, video and review sites, along with SEO and AEO/LLM visibility. Improve conversion on landing pages and signup flows, and run a disciplined weekly experimentation cadence.Allbound motion: Design one system where intent signals (web, product, call data, third-party) trigger the right play: ads, email, SDR outreach, ABM, or events and partner co-marketing. Align closely with Sales Development and Sales on routing, SLAs and follow-up.AI and automation: Build and ship AI-powered workflows for list building, enrichment, scoring, personalised outreach, creative and reporting. Use tools like Clay, n8n or Zapier, Claude or GPT agents, and HubSpot/Salesforce. Partner with GTM Engineering and Marketing Ops, and write the first version yourself when needed.New channels: Test and scale emerging channels such as communities, podcasts, newsletters, creators, partners, marketplaces, Reddit and LLM surfaces. Set clear kill/scale criteria for each.Measurement: Own attribution and the single source of truth for funnel metrics (CPL, MQL to SQL, SQL to Opp, pipeline per dollar, payback), working with RevOps.Team and budget: Lead and grow a team across paid, content/SEO, lifecycle, ABM/field and growth engineering. Manage agencies, own the demand budget, and allocate it based on performance.
How we will measure you
First 90 days: Complete a full funnel and channel audit. Put one AI-powered workflow into production, rebuild the weekly pipeline review, and deliver a 12-month demand plan.
First 6 months: Show measurable improvement in pipeline per marketing dollar and in MQL to SQL conversion. Test at least two new channels and reach a clear verdict on each.
First 12 months: Deliver predictable, repeatable pipeline against target, with allbound plays running as a system rather than as one-off campaigns.
What you bring
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5–6+ years in demand gen or growth leadership roles (Director level or equivalent), with at least 3-4 years managing managers or a multi-channel team of 8+ (across paid, lifecycle, ABM and/or marketing ops).
- A record of scaling pipeline across paid and organic channels, with hands-on fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO and CRO.
- Experience building and running outbound, ABM, or allbound motions in close partnership with Sales, ideally in PLG or hybrid sales-assist models.
- Experience running AEO/LLM-visibility programs.
- An AI-builder mindset: workflows, agents or automations you built yourself (be ready to show them), and a point of view on what AI should and shouldn’t do in demand gen.
- Strong analytical skills: confident in the CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools, and able to explain and defend pipeline and ROI numbers to executives.
- A leader who hires strong talent, coaches them to grow, and stays close to the work, with the writing and presentation skills to communicate clearly and credibly with the C-suite.
Education
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA highly preferred.
