The Senior Director of Product will evaluate how the decisioning platform engine converges with or works alongside enterprise infrastructure and map out the architectural path to make that integration a reality. • Champion the application of novel LLM and agentic AI capabilities to build an automated fraud defense engine with solving an industry-wide problem in a fundamentally new way

  • Develop and execute a multi-year, phased approach to technical delivery, transitioning the organization from days-to-weeks manual defense updates to real-time, automated adaptations

Stakeholder Complexity & Enterprise Expansion

  • Navigate a highly complex internal stakeholder landscape, driving alignment across the business
  • Expand the scope and capabilities of the defense engine horizontally to support other LOBs inside and outside the Bank (e.g., SBB, Card, Marketing)
  • Partner with VP+ stakeholders across at least 4 to 5 different organizations or LOBs, and manage critical relationships with significant external vendors and partners
