The desire to push creative boundaries while staying current with design trends and emerging technologies will be essential. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on projects that set new standards in sports broadcasting. Deep understanding of sports graphics conventions and audience expectations will be crucial.

Key job responsibilities

  • Mentoring designers and providing constructive feedback on their work
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight production deadlines
  • Staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in broadcast design

Basic Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and broadcast design work
  • Deep understanding of design principles including typography, composition, color theory, and animation timing
  • Experience designing for broadcast specifications and technical requirements
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools to ideate, prototype, or produce visual assets for live broadcast or entertainment content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for live sports broadcasts or major sporting events
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or other 3D applications
  • Experience with real-time graphics systems (Vizrt, Chyron, Ross)
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for design workflows
  • Experience creating graphics for multiple platforms (broadcast, digital, social)
  • Understanding of HDR, color grading, and advanced compositing techniques
