About this job

About BiOptimizers

BiOptimizers exist to help people go from baseline health to peak biological performance. We develop science-backed supplements and wellness tools that deliver measurable results. As a remote-first company, our globally distributed team focuses on clarity, autonomy, and operational excellence. Every role is designed to support the health and performance of both our customers and our organization.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business by acquiring new customers — and specifically new subscribers — profitably, at or below our target customer acquisition cost (CAC). This is the core of the role: bring in high-quality subscribers at a CAC that works against their lifetime value, and then scale that engine without breaking the economics.

This is a hands-on, in-the-platform operator role — not a strategy-only seat. You will build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns daily across Meta and Google, extend into video and TV as we scale, and own the full path from ad impression to subscribed customer — including the offers, the creative, and the landing pages that convert a first-time visitor into a recurring subscriber.

You understand that new-customer CAC — not blended ROAS — is the number that matters, and that acquiring a subscriber is worth more than a one-time buyer because subscriber retention and LTV set how much you can profitably spend to acquire. You keep ad message, audience signal, offer, and landing page tightly aligned to drive subscription take-rate. This role reports into marketing leadership and contributes directly to BiOptimizers’ mission of biologically optimizing the health of humanity.

Key Responsibilities

  • New-subscriber acquisition at or below target CAC — you own the number, the spend, and the outcome.

  • Daily, hands-on management of paid acquisition across Meta and Google, scaling profitable spend as fast as the CAC target allows.

  • The acquisition offer and funnel — how first-order offers, subscribe-and-save mechanics, and checkout drive subscription take-rate, first-order margin, and payback.

  • The creative and landing-page system that converts cold traffic into subscribers, in partnership with creative and front-end development.

  • A repeatable creator-content testing pipeline that graduates winning organic concepts into paid ads.

  • Expansion into upper-funnel video and TV (linear / CTV) as the account scales, measured for true incrementality.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on, in-platform paid acquisition experience for a DTC or consumer brand — you have personally managed budgets and owned CAC and performance, not just briefed an agency.

  • A proven track record of acquiring new customers profitably at a target CAC and scaling spend without blowing up the economics. Subscription / recurring-revenue acquisition experience is strongly preferred — you understand how subscriber retention and LTV set your allowable CAC and payback window, and how offers and checkout drive subscription take-rate.

  • Deep, hands-on Meta Ads management: campaign structure, Advantage+ Shopping and broad targeting, creative testing, and budget scaling. You understand Meta’s Andromeda retrieval engine and how creative volume, signal quality (CAPI / server-side), and audience consolidation feed it to improve delivery and lower CAC.

  • Hands-on Google Ads management across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube — including asset group construction, search-term mining, brand vs. non-brand separation, and negative keyword discipline.

  • Working knowledge of how to buy linear TV and/or connected TV (CTV), including how upper-funnel video is planned, trafficked, and measured for incrementality alongside lower-funnel paid social and search.

  • Strong command of how landing pages interact with ads — message match between ad and page, page speed and structure, and how landing page experience drives (or kills) conversion rate and downstream ad performance. You can spec, test, and iterate on pages, not just hand them off.

  • A working understanding of full-funnel creative and how it maps to intent: top-of-funnel content that stops the scroll and earns attention, middle-of-funnel that builds belief and educates, and bottom-of-funnel that converts. You know how hooks, offers, and calls-to-action change by funnel stage and can direct or brief creative accordingly.

  • Working knowledge of TikTok as a growth channel, and — critically — how to build a repeatable system for testing content with creators: sourcing and briefing creators, running organic content as a testing ground, reading what resonates, and graduating winning concepts into paid ads across TikTok and Meta.

  • Fluency in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing — you design clean tests, read results correctly, and act on them. Comfortable with Google Analytics and attribution platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling subscriber acquisition for a consumer wellness or supplement brand in a hypergrowth environment.

  • Hands-on experience with subscription platforms (e.g., Recharge) and optimizing subscribe-and-save offers and churn.

  • Experience designing and reading geo holdout or incrementality tests, especially for video / TV spend.

  • Familiarity with omnichannel dynamics — how DTC, Amazon, and retail interact, including the effect of branded-search and pricing across channels.
